Order processing and production times
All pieces are ready to ship item unless stated. Necklaces take an additional 1-2 days to arrive.
Ready to ship items are normally sent out within 3 days, postage with NZpost usually takes between 2 - 7 days depending on your location in NZ.
Made to order items have a 2 week production turnaround time.
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to accommodate your request, however once an order has entered the shipping process it cannot be altered.
Returns
Policy
We will accept items for exchange or refund on anything you are not happy with. Return within 14 days of the delivery date, in new and unworn condition and in the original packaging.

We will endeavour to refund or return the exchange to you within two weeks of receipt. On an individual basis we reserve the right not to accept the return, in extenuating circumstances.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase.

Collette Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or any shipping fees. Please make sure all packages have a tracking number to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Custom orders or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
